The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 26,          
1995, calendar (page 1539), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 158(FIN) am                                             
"An Act relating to civil actions; amending Alaska Rules of Civil             
Procedure 49, 68, and 95; amending Alaska Rule of Evidence 702;                
and providing for an effective date."                                          
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
CSHB158(FIN)am be returned to second reading for the specific                  
purpose of considering Amendment No. 66.                                       
                                                                               
Representative Williams objected and withdrew the objection.  There            
being no further objection, it was so ordered.

Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that
